Social strategy by KLM for engaging customers (VIDEO) - via #ENTER2012

Just this morning Viktor van der Wijk, director E-acquisition at AIR France KLM, presented the strategy of  KLM for engaging with their customers. Their strategy is paying of, as they have the highest engagement rate of any airline in the world. Just watch this great presentation on how KLM makes sure their social strategy cuts right down to the core of their own organisation.
