Their new site is a risky move. In trying to please their tech savvy, social media using luxury travelers, they have introduced voices from social media outside their control. For example you will be able to see what people say about some of their hotels on Facebook, Twitter and Tripadvisor.
Four Seasons marketing chief Susan Helstab tells: "It really does require that incredible sense of confidence thats says we deliver our promise." The introduction of these social networks also reflects the company's belief that social networking has completely redefined how consumers engage with a brand.
