The rise of the review economy - via #Enter2012

At the ENTER2012 conference being held at the moment in Helsingborg (Sweden), Helena Egan -  Destination Marketing Director at Tripadvisor - held a presentation about the importance of reviews in the present economy for hotels and the tourism industry in general.
